At Rive we're building a new category of design tool that transforms how products and games are built. With our real-time vector graphics engine we make it possible for designers to build functional graphics, without creative limits, while making it easy for devs to implement.

Since launching our public beta in 2021 we’ve seen tremendous organic growth. Our customers include major product and game companies like Duolingo and Figma. We're working with legendary game studios, massive brands, apps with millions of users, car companies, and we even have Rive pixels in space!

We have big plans for 2024. We’re ready to hire our first official sales and business development leader to create and implement the revenue operations processes, metrics and product adoption strategies needed to grow. This is a ground floor opportunity to bring lessons learned in a product-led growth environment to lay the foundation for revenue growth. You’ll wear many hats from revenue operations, lead qualification, closing deals, contract review to business development. Working closely with the CEO you’ll help us drive growth and adoption of the product through a combination of product-led strategies, pricing, product improvements and activation of sales engagement for the right user at the right time.

What you'll do

  • This is a player coach role. At Rive everyone is a doer. This role will have an opportunity to lead and grow our sales team when the time is right.
  • Partner with our product and engineering teams to develop and implement a product-led sales motion.
  • Own our PLS funnel, process, and metrics. Collaborate on ways to improve our upsell and sales flows. Proactively identify, qualify, and close a sales pipeline.
  • Select, implement, and manage a CRM tool (like Salesforce).
  • Work with our product team and data analyst to ensure we’re tracking the right analytics to identify PQAs, PQLs, etc. Help define our enterprise ICP (Ideal Customer Profile)
  • Collaborate with the CEO to develop pricing and packaging of mid-market and enterprise offerings.
