About the role
Radar is looking for a Director of Digital Marketing to lead the strategy, execution, and success of high-impact digital marketing programs. You’ll partner with our marketing & sales teams to execute impactful digital marketing campaigns that drive qualified leads and pipeline.
As our first Director of Digital Marketing, you’ll play a pivotal role in amplifying our SEO, PPC, paid social and ABM strategy to drive growth for Radar. You will report to our Vice President of Growth. This is a NYC-based position located at our headquarters in Union Square and you'll be working from our New York office Monday-Thursday with the opportunity to WFH on Fridays.
For candidates based in the United States, the base salary range for this full-time position is between $160,000 - $200,000/year with an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) between $180,000 - $220,000/year with the opportunity for performance bonuses and incentives.
In addition to cash compensation, Radar offers full-time employees a competitive equity plan with stock option grants. This is a meaningful ownership stake in the company that we provide to our employees as we build a category-defining company together.
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Your exact offer may vary based on market location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
What you’ll do:
- Lead digital marketing strategy and execution: build pipeline from digital marketing initiatives, including but not limited to SEO, paid search, paid social and other digital/traditional channels
- Own ongoing optimization efforts of all digital marketing campaigns, including daily budget monitoring, bid management, keyword research, and on-site conversion and keyword strategy based on performance history
- Enhance our digital ABM strategy that drives top of funnel lead generation and accelerates existing pipeline
- Monitor and evaluate campaign performance and maintain daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting to ensure KPIs are met
- Develop and present actionable, data-backed recommendations and insights that inform changes that improve performance
You have:
- 5-7 years of digital marketing experience, specifically in SEO, paid search and paid social. Experience at a B2B SaaS company is a must
- SEO expertise and proven track record of driving organic pipeline
- Google Adwords certification
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects in a fast paced environment
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate campaign messaging effectively, and build strong, productive relationships with vendors, and cross functional teams
