About the Role

As an Account Based Marketing Associate you will report to and support the ABM Manager as they execute planned 1:1 and 1:few campaigns. Your day-to-day will involve researching target accounts, launching campaign motions like ads and new content, and measuring results. This role will be essential to support our growing ABM initiatives which are tied to our company growth goals.

Remote - Must be US Based. East Coast preferred

In this role you will:

  • Execute on the 2025 ABM strategy, developing and implementing highly personalized 1:1 and 1:few campaigns.

  • Ensure campaigns align with company goals and adapt to evolving business needs.

  • Leverage data-driven insights to tailor messaging and content to specific industries, buyer personas, and target accounts.

  • Manage and optimize ABM technologies for campaign execution and performance measurement.

  • Identify opportunities to try new tactics or tools to optimize our ABM strategy.

  • Execute ABX events in line with strategy

About you:

You are a results oriented marketer with a proven ability to collaborate with sales teams to execute omnichannel campaigns targeting specific audiences. You possess:

  • A team player with a “do-er” mentality

  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high pressure environment, able to operate independently and collaboratively.

  • Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal and presentation skills that enable your ability to effectively interface with leadership and cross functional teams.

  • A start-up mindset: open to ideas coming from anyone, resilient, flexible, and motivated by big goals and challenges.

  • Prior experience working at a startup (a plus)!

What you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • 1-3 years experience in various marketing roles, with a preference for experience in account targeting, ad management, and building marketing automated workflows

  • Experience with ABM platforms, such as 6sense, Demandbase, Terminus, Propensity, or similar tools.

  • Experience collaborating with sales to target accounts and build account penetration strategies.

  • Experience marketing to B2B enterprises in industries like finance, tech, and network communications.

  • Creative thinker with a passion for experimentation.

  • Solid business acumen, management, and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong project management, documentation, and cross departmental collaboration skills.
