WHAT YOU WILL DO

 

The CRM Marketing Specialist will have a key role in supporting the CRM team

with the implementation of transactional and promotional email campaigns,

especially for new launches of business units and product features,

specifically, as it relates to database marketing against our growing database

of leads. They will work alongside the CRM team, product managers, engineers,

and marketing peers to create, plan, and optimize CRM campaigns.

 

 

A TYPICAL DAY

 

  • Set up and maintain our transactional and promotional email campaigns in our marketing automation tool, Customer.io
  • Support database marketing efforts to deliver timely, relevant messaging that will provide value to the customer and help drive revenue for the company across key business units.
  • QA and UAT email triggers in beta and production environments for new launches
  • Support set up, monitoring, measurement, and sharing of campaign performance and A/B test results with various stakeholders.
  • Help identify, troubleshoot, and resolve email campaign performance issues.
  • Support email segmentation, targeting, and lead nurture strategies.
  • Support the development of effective email marketing copy in English.
  • Stay abreast of email marketing best practices.

 

 

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

 

  • 2-3 years of email/digital marketing experience (depending on the field of studies).
  • Experience working with different ESPs required experience with Customer.io a plus. Other platforms: SFMC, Active Campaign, Hubspot
  • Experience with web design and email coding with working knowledge of HTML/CSS required. Platforms: Stripo, Photoshop
  • Experience with database marketing analysis and audience segmentation (basic SQL) Platforms: Looker, Amplitude, Looker Studio, Google Sheets
  • Fundamentals in project management skills. Platforms: Jira, Confluence
  • Proficiency in English (speaking and writing)
  • Experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, curiosity, and enthusiasm for continuous improvement
  • Attention to detail.

 

 

ABOUT THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS

 

  • Your first contact with CoverWallet will be through an HR interview with one of our colleagues from the Talent Acquisition area, who will tell you everything about our company and its history, as well as the details of the position, functions, and your future conditions. We would love to know your professional and academic career, and of course, your motivations and expectations for a new professional project. We will be happy to answer all your questions!
  • Do we have a match? Let’s move on to your First Marketing Interview! You will meet the Hiring Manager, in this case, the CRM Associate Director, who will explain to you in more detail what the team's day-to-day life is and its responsibilities. They will be very interested in expanding information about CRM team goals, main tasks, and whatever you need.
  • If everything has gone well and you have impressed our colleague, we advance to the Second Interview! In line with the previous one, you will meet The CRM Director, who will continue to deepen your knowledge at the level of CRM methodologies, roles, and previous projects, as well as about your background.
  • If you've made it this far, things are getting interesting!! It's time for your Final Interview! In this case, you will have the opportunity to meet another CRM colleague, one of our team members at the same seniority level, to bring information about how will be your day-by-day at CoverWallet.
