Motivation

As Comet, a smooth process and employee happiness are the keys to our success. We are looking for a part-time Office Manager with excellent organizational skills and a personable disposition to keep us thriving. The Office Manager will support our team in Tel Aviv, including the smooth running of the TLV office twice a week, organizing happy hours and activities while taking care of solving problems, monitoring, and executing tasks related to all administrative aspects.

You will:

  • Manage the "day-to-day" office routines, including office inventory, supplies, groceries, and maintenance.
  • Manage the Onboarding/Off-boarding process of the employees in Israel
  • Build, develop, and coordinate employees' experience activities and events in Israel and worldwide (F2F & virtually).
  • Assist with welfare projects, Happy hours, gifts, and more.
  • Book and arrange travel needs via Navan and support company offsites.
  • Support the accounting team with the preparation of invoices and salaries in Israel
  • You will serve as the focal point for Comet’s employees and vendors regarding those above-mentioned aspects while working closely with our Management teams.

A service-oriented, self-starter individual who loves to take the initiative with a positive approach. Keeping things organized is easy for you, and your time management skills are superb. You’re flexible, cooperative, attentive to details, and a team player who loves to help others.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to juggle multiple projects with commitment and accuracy.
  • People' person with a positive and service-oriented attitude.
  • Strong sense of urgency and problem-solving skills.
  • Previous experience as an office manager in a growing startup - an advantage.
  • Previous experience in a high-tech environment- an advantage.
  • Previous experience working with senior management.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced changing environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Hebrew and English - must
