What you'll focus on

As a People and Talent Coordinator, you will support all aspects of the People function for our globally based employees. Working closely with our People Team and supporting Castor’s people leaders on recruitment, engagement, performance and employment relations. You will have a proactive and detail oriented mindset with a strong drive to deliver business outcomes through great people experiences.

• Run end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, from opening to offer, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for candidates and hiring managers
• Contribute to the development and upkeep of contracts, policies, and people related documentation
• Support People Operations with payroll and processes
• Handle Dutch specific admin, engage with the UWV, eHerkenning admin, process NL work permits, and coordinate leaves
• Support and shadow on performance management and employee relations
• Assist Castor’s feedback and performance culture by proactively improving, promoting and supporting the bi-annual Alignment Cycle and surveys
• Help plan and coordinate people initiatives and company-wide projects aligned to our broader People strategy
• Track employee engagement trends and propose actions to support a culture that consistently achieves an average employee engagement score of 8.0 or higher
• Organise internal experiences such as anniversary gift cards, leadership sessions, and milestone recognitions
  

What you'll bring

• 1+ years experience in recruitment, HR coordination, or Operations within EMEA region
• Experience working with hiring managers and scheduling interviews or onboarding
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Passion for innovative HR and being able to bring new ideas and industry developments to Castor
• Organised and responsive with fluent communication in English and Dutch
• Familiarity with Dutch employment processes s a strong plus
