What You Will Do

• Monitor US government publications for required changes to immigration forms. You’ll create plans and execute changes to mappable forms in Acrobat.
• Perform regular configuration updates to workflows as assigned. These may include updating dates, roles, mapping new forms or other modifications.
• Be a member of the team on major development projects that require large workflow updates by executing on defined project plans provided by the project team.
• QA final workflow updates for legal compliance and ease of use.
• Provides support and first pass problem solving for workflow related tickets.

What You Bring

• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Experience in US immigration applications and forms.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with technical and project resources.
• The capability to think systematically about data and system design, focusing on intuitive user experiences.
